
Chermoula Burger with Harissa Dip
Juicy burger with aromatic chermoula, creamy tahini and fiery harissa dip. A Middle Eastern take on this classic dish!

How to prepare
Combine the ground beef or lamb with onion, minced garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix everything together until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1 burger patty, grill or fry the patty for about 4–5 minutes on each side.
Mix the mayonnaise with Harissa Sauce to make the dip, and set aside.
Warm the burger bun, add the burger to the bun, then dollop the Chermoula Pesto on top. Drizzle with Tahini Sauce, add fresh tomato slices and the optional labneh.
Serve the Chermoula Burger with crispy fries and the harissa dip.
