Chicken stuffed flautas with salsa

Crispy flautas, with chicken and cheese filling. Perfect dish for a restaurant offering hors d´oeuvres.

Ingredients

  • 15 Santa Maria Tortilla 6"

  • 200 g chicken breast

  • 250 g cheese, grated

  • 50 g silver onion, chopped

  • 15 g fresh coriander

  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 1 l frying oil

  • 5 dl Santa Maria Salsa Rio Grande Medium

How to prepare

  1. Mix chicken, cheese and coriander and season with salt. Place the filling on a tortilla and roll it (until they have the same shape as a cigar). Use a toothpick to hold them together.

  2. Fry a few flautas at a time until gold brown all around.

  3. Dip in salsa.
