Shawarma Caesar Salad with Tahini Dressing

How to prepare

Chicken:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Cut the chicken fillets into strips or keep them whole.

  3. Rub the Shawarma Seasoning mix all over the chicken, sprinkle oil over.

  4. Put the chicken on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 75°C. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Salad:

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

  2. Add the croutons and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.

Serving:

  1. Top with sliced chicken.

  2. Drizzle tahini sauce over the salad.

  3. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for added freshness.
