
Beluga bolognese
Simple and lovely lentil Bolognese which can be prepared the day before. Then just heat it up and serve with pasta.

How to prepare
Soak the lentils for 8-12 hours.
Fry the onion in oil.
Add tomato puree, beluga lentils, crushed tomatoes and crème fraiche.
Season with garlic, oregano, basil, salt and black pepper.
Put a lid on and let the sauce simmer for 20 min. When the lentils are soft, the bolognese is ready.
Serve the beluga bolognese with spaghetti and fresh basil.
