Avo-Coffee Ice Cream

Ice cream for grown ups made with smooth avocado slices, espresso and condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 vanilla pod

  • 200 g Santa Maria Avocado Slices

  • 10 espresso shots

  • 800 g sweetened condensed milk

  • 30 ice cubes

  • 25 g dark chocolate, grated

  • 2 pinches of salt

How to prepare

  1. Split the vanilla pod down the middle. Scrape out seeds.

  2. Add all the ingredients, except the salt, to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add the salt and blend for another 4–5 seconds.

  4. Churn the mixture in an ice-cream machine.

  5. Store the ice-cream in a freezer set at max. -8°C.

  6. Serve in a cold glass or cup.

  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of grated chocolate, fresh berries and whipped cream.
