Avo-Coffee Ice Cream
Grown-up ice cream made with smooth avocado slices, espresso and condensed milk.
Ingredients
Number of portions
1 vanilla pod
200 g Santa Maria Avocado Slices
10 espresso shots
800 g sweetened condensed milk
30 ice cubes
25 g dark chocolate, grated
2 pinches of salt
How to prepare
Split the vanilla pod down the middle. Scrape out seeds.
Add all the ingredients, except the salt, to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the salt and blend for another 4–5 seconds.
Churn the mixture in an ice-cream machine.
Store the ice-cream in a freezer set at max. -8°C.
Serve in a cold glass or cup.
Garnish with a sprinkle of grated chocolate, fresh berries and whipped cream.
