
Chicken Shawarma Wrap with Tahini
Shawarma-seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables and creamy tahini wrapped in a soft tortilla. A rich and spicy wrap!

How to prepare
Cut the chicken into strips and season with Shawarma Seasoning, place it on a lined and oiled baking tray and cook in the oven at 190°C for 30 - 35 minutes.
Prepare the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, spinach and fresh parsley.
Heat the tortilla in a pan for 1–2 minutes.
Put a generous amount of chicken in the center of the tortilla, a bit closer to the bottom. Add the salad vegetables, crumbled feta cheese, spinach and a drizzle of tahini sauce.
Fold the bottom part of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the left and right sides.
Roll it up from the bottom to the top.
Tips!
This dish can be served cold. Keep it in the fridge and serve as a to-go option.
