
Green Curry Chicken
The comforting flavours of green curry with chicken and a mix of greens.

How to prepare
Cook the chicken in the oven, at 175°C, for about 5 minutes.
Mix spice blend with coconut milk and water. Pour the mixture over the chicken and cook for 10 more minutes.
Cut all veggies. Fry broccoli, bell pepper and asparagus. Let them cool off for a minute before mixing them with the remaining veggies. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Serve the curry chicken with veggies and noodles.
