
Chermoula Pasta with Shrimps
Creamy pasta with chermoula pesto, zaatar seasoning and shrimps. A comfort and a discovery in the same bite!

How to prepare
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, but save 100 ml of the pasta water.
Prepare the vegetables.
Heat olive oil in a large pan or pot.
Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cooking for about 4 minutes. Then add spinach and Chermoula Pesto.
Combine everything, add the pasta and the pasta water to the vegetables and stir well.
Gently fold in the shrimps.
Sprinkle Zaatar Seasoning and chopped parsley on top.
Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
