Korean Tofu-noodle dish
Ingredients

0.8 kg of frozen wok vegetables
0.4 kg of frozen onion cubes
0.2 kg of frozen Pomodoro Rosso
0.2 kg of mixed beans
0.4 kg of tofu cubes
0.01 kg of salt
0.6 kg of Santa Maria Whole Grain Noodles
Broth:
0.15 kg of Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste
2 kg of vegetable broth
1 kg of water
How to prepare
Distribute the vegetables, protein, and salt evenly in a greased 1/1 65 pan.
Break the noodle sheets into pieces and distribute them in the pan.
Broth:
Combine all the ingredients and pour them into the pan.
Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes or until the pan is cooked.
Let it rest for a moment before serving.
*You can combine all the other ingredients in the pans the day before except for the noodles and broth before baking.
