Korean Tofu-noodle dish

Ingredients

Number of portions
  • 0.8 kg of frozen wok vegetables

  • 0.4 kg of frozen onion cubes

  • 0.2 kg of frozen Pomodoro Rosso

  • 0.2 kg of mixed beans

  • 0.4 kg of tofu cubes

  • 0.01 kg of salt

  • 0.6 kg of Santa Maria Whole Grain Noodles

Broth:

  • 0.15 kg of Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste

  • 2 kg of vegetable broth

  • 1 kg of water

How to prepare

  1. Distribute the vegetables, protein, and salt evenly in a greased 1/1 65 pan.

  2. Break the noodle sheets into pieces and distribute them in the pan.

Broth:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and pour them into the pan.

  2. Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes or until the pan is cooked.

  3. Let it rest for a moment before serving.

*You can combine all the other ingredients in the pans the day before except for the noodles and broth before baking.
