
Dubai Ice Latte
Ingredients
2 cl Tazza cocoa
1 dl milk
1 tsp matcha
2 cl pistachio syrup
0.5 dl Paulig Cold Brew coffee concentrate
Chocolate whipped cream
Chocolate whipped cream
0.5 liters of whipping cream
0.5 dl Tazza chocolate sauce
Cream siphon
Siphon cartridge
How to prepare
Measure Tazza at the bottom of the glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour Cold Brew coffee concentrate into the glass.
Mix matcha with a small amount of water or milk.
Mix matcha with 1 dl of milk. Pour the matcha milk into the glass.
Add pistachio syrup and, if desired, finish with chocolate whipped cream.
Chocolate Whipped Cream
Mix food coloring with a small amount of cream.
Measure the cream into a cream siphon and add the food coloring mixture.
Shake the siphon without the cartridge to test the color strength.
Add the cartridge and shake a few times, but leave the whipped cream soft.
