How to prepare
Mix the cream and vanilla custard powder until the cream is slightly whipped. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour in the milk, cream, Cold Brew, and caramel syrup.
Add the cream float. If you want a crispy top, sprinkle sugar on top and torch it with a kitchen blowtorch.
