Ingredients

  • 0.75 kg of carrots

  • 0.02 kg of Santa Maria Sesame & Chili Seasoning

  • 0.03 kg of sugar

  • 0 kg of salt

  • 0 kg of crushed coriander seeds

  • 0.02 kg of roasted sesame seeds

  • 0.05 kg of rice vinegar

  • 0.1 kg of oil

  • 0.08 kg (4) cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

  • coriander leaves

How to prepare

  1. Peel the carrots, slice them thinly, and put them in a bowl.

  2. Add the other ingredients to the bowl, except for the garlic and oil.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes together with the garlic. The garlic should not turn brown.

  4. Pour the hot oil over the carrot mixture and mix well.

  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
