How to prepare
Peel the carrots, slice them thinly, and put them in a bowl.
Add the other ingredients to the bowl, except for the garlic and oil.
Heat the oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes together with the garlic. The garlic should not turn brown.
Pour the hot oil over the carrot mixture and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
