0.5 dl Santa Maria Ranch Style Seasoning Mix

160 g Santa Maria Snack Base Corn Cones
0.5 dl Santa Maria BBQ Seasoning Mix
+Garlic & Herbs Dip
Texas Wheels
150 g Santa Maria Snack Base Crispy Rings
0.5 dl Santa Maria Grill Spice Seasoning
+ Choron Sauce
Avocado Green Salsa Dip
300 ml Santa Maria Salsa Verde
200 ml Santa Maria Guacamole
100 g fresh spinach leaves
40 g fresh cilantro leaves
Salt and black pepper to taste
Garlic & Herbs Dip
4 tbsp Santa Maria Garlic & Herbs Seasoning Mix
3 dl sour cream
2 dl mayonnaise
Choron sauce
350 ml ready-made Bearnaise sauce
200 ml Santa Maria Chunky Salsa Hot
How to prepare
All snacks
Cook the snacks according to the instructions on the pack.
Season with the spice mixes.
Avocado Green Salsa Dip
In a food processor or blender, mix the salsa, guacamole, spinach and cilantro. Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed.
Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavours.
Garlic & Herbs Dip
Simply mix the spice blend with sour cream and mayonnaise.
Choron sauce
Mix the ingredients.
Heat the sauce gently.
Serve the sauce warm or cold.
