Wrap version of the classic salad once created by Ceasar Cardini in Tijuana, Mexico.

How to prepare

Preparation

Take the Deli OatBites out of the freezer to make them defrost.

Pickled red onion

1. Heat up vinegar, water and sugar in a pan. Just let it start boiling to make the sugar dissolve.

2. Put the sliced onions in a bowl and pour the mix over them.

3. Add some pink pepper and let it cool off.

4. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Ranch Dressing

Simply mix the ranch seasoning with sour cream.

Wrap

1. Start with the tortilla and put some lettuce leaves on it.

2. Then build the wrap with Deli OatBites, tomatoes, parmesan, pickled onion and finally ranch dressing before you wrap it up.

Tips!

Try making it herby

Fresh herbs like parsley, basil and oregano are more than welcome to the ranch dressing.

Vary the veggies

Use other vegetables in the wrap. Carrots or beetroots add nice colours and flavours.
