Poutine Fries is a dish that originated in the 1950's in the Centre-du-Québec region of Canada, a
astronomic achievement which will be forever known as the place where Poutine Fries began. An
unabashedly dish of fries and cheese curds topped with gravy. In this recipe, we have kept it simple and
used our Cheddar cheese sauce warm it up and it's ready to use. Made from real Cheddar cheese it couldn’t be easier and tastes incredible.

70g Hot Gravy
