1000g Rice
1000g Pit Beans
600g Corn Salsa
400g Santa Maria Chipotle Sauce 890g
500g Slaw
Pork Carnitas
70ml Cooking oil
2kg Pork Shoulder
100g Santa Maria Pork Carnitas Seasoning 520g
Tortilla Salsa
500g Finely Diced Onion
1000g Tomatillo Chopped
150g Santa Maria Green Jalapenos 500g
1 Lime
Chopped Coriander
Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper 210g
How to prepare
Marinade your pork preferably overnight but for at least 4 hours
Cook at 160 ⷪc for 5 hours until pullable and tender
To make the tomatillo salsa, dice the onion, tomatillo, Jalapeños, mix the juice of 1 lime
Season with coriander and Tellicherry Pepper
Warm your Tortilla
Add the rice
Add the pork carnitas
Add the corn salsa
Add the slaw
Drizzle over the Chipotle Sauce
Fold your Burrito and serve
