1500g Sofrito's Mix
500g Santa Maria Avocado Slices
200g Radish, thin sliced
500g Santa Maria Salsa 950g
200g Santa Maria Green Jalapenos 500g
Sofrito
50ml Cooking oil
200g Finely Diced Red Onion
250g Finely Diced Red Pepper
250g Finely Diced Courgette
150g Santa Maria Vegetarian Taco Mix 487g
400g Santa Maria Creole Sauce
How to prepare
Fry the red onion, red pepper, and courgette in the oil in a pan.
Add the Taco Seasoning and Creole Sauce
Add 100ml water and simmer for 5/10 minutes
Warm your Tortilla
Add the spinach
Add the rice
Add the sofrito
Add the Salsa
Add the radishes, Jalapeños, and Avocado Slices
Fold you Burrito and serve
