Santa Maria Chipotle Paste

The Holy Trinity of spice blends - garlic, ginger, chilli pepper. Add to red/white cabbage and leave the spice to do all the work for perfectly fermented Kimchi - no liquid required.

Santa Maria Kerala Curry Spice Mix
