How to prepare

  1. Shallow Fry your Chorizo until it is soft 

  2. Warm Tortilla Chips in an oven or hot cupboard for 3-4 minutes. 

  3. Add the Chorizo 

  4. Add the warm pit beans 

  5. Top with Jalapenos, Salsa and Guacamole

  6. Drizzle with warm Cheese Sauce and garnish with the pickled onion, red chilli, coriander and spring onion
