Fajita Chicken Taquito
A taquito is a Mexican dish that typically consists of a small rolled-up corn tortilla that contains a filling, including beef, cheese or chicken. The filled tortilla is then fried. The dish is often topped with condiments such as sour cream and guacamole. In this recipe we have used Chicken and our Fajita Seasoning. Perfect for Food-to-Go and Food Trucks.

How to prepare
Cook Chicken, red onion, peppers in a frying pan until cooked
Add the Seasoning and Salsa and make sure everything is coated
Fill a wrap with the cooked chicken mixture and roll it up
Shallow fry until golden
To serve drizzle over Chipotle Sauce and add the coriander
