Chicken Avocado Burger

Burgers are a classic popular dish on a lot of menus, why not add jazz up your burger with something different and add avocados to your existing burger range, or try one of our recipes. You can’t go wrong with this premium Chicken Avocado Burger.

Ingredients

  • 10 Breaded Chicken Burgers

  • 10 Brioche Bun

  • 250g Siracha Mayo

  • 100g Santa Maria Green Jalapenos 500g

  • 300g Santa Maria Avocado Slices

  • 200g Lettuce shredded

  • 100g Pickled Red Onions

How to prepare

For the sriracha mayo

  • Mix equal parts mayo and Santa Maria Sriracha Sauce

For the pickled red onion

  • Mix 100g Santa Maria Pickling Spice Mix with 10 finely sliced red onions

To make your own chicken burger

  • Flatten chicken breast with rolling pin, marinade in buttermilk, coat in 600g Santa Maria Crispy Bites Mix and cook in the oven or fryer.

  • Top breaded chicken burger with iceberg lettuce, sliced avocados (defrosted), green jalapeños, pickled red onion & sriracha mayo in a brioche bun.

Top tip: We recommend you defrost the Avocado Slices carefully by putting them in the fridge overnight.
