We have seasoned these fries with pork carnitas seasoning and covered them with bacon and Cheddar cheese sauce. Our pork carnitas seasoning isn’t just for pork, made from paprika, chipotle, chilli, garlic, and coriander. It can be used on any protein or vegetable to give a smoky BBQ Flavour. We have also drizzled Cheddar cheese sauce over this dish, our cheese sauce coats fries perfectly.

  • 25g Cooked, chopped bacon

  • Santa Maria Smoked Paprika to season

  • Santa Maria Tellicherry to season

How to prepare

Here are our quick and simple steps to recreate this dish:

  • Cook fries and bacon as per instructions.

  • In a bowl season the fries with carnitas.

  • To serve, layer fries with bacon then cheese sauce.

  • Cheese sauce is best served warm but can be eaten cold.

  • Garnish with Tellicherry and chives.
