Here we have a delicious Korean fusion, where we have taken popular tacos and made a Korean twist. Bulgogi is marinated thin slices of meat,
and is very versatile. These can be served as a starter, side, or with rice as a main course. Great for on the go.

How to prepare
Put the cucumber in a bowl with pickling spice and Santa Maria Pickling Spice Mix and Wasabi Sesame, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the steak to your liking, and set aside to rest.
Heat up the Santa Maria Black Pepper Soy Sauce in a pan, slice the steak and mix together.
Top the warm tortillas with a spoonful of fermented Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste, then lettuce, red cabbage, steak, cucumber salad, and the coriander & white onion mixture
