Raspberry coffee cocktail

Ingredients

Number of portions
  • 4 cl Aperol​

  • 2.5 cl lemon juice​

  • 1.5 cl sugar syrup​

  • 2 cl Paulig Cold Brew concentrate​

  • 4 - 6 raspberries

How to prepare

1. Fill the glass with ice.

2. Add ice to the shaker halfway.

3. Measure alcohol, cold brew, lemon juice, simple syrup, and raspberries into the shaker. Shake vigorously a few times.

4. Pour out the water that has dissolved from the ice in the glass or replace the ice.

5. Pour the drink through a double strainer into the glass over the ice.

6. Add raspberries as a garnish.
