How to prepare
Half-fill the glass with ice.
Add syrup.
Pour cold brew coffee concentrate and tonic water into the glass and stir.
Garnish with fresh raspberries or rhubarb swirl and slice of lemon.
TIP: If you want to layer the drink, pour the tonic first and then the cold brew coffee gently on top of it.
