Chocolate Pistachio Ice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 dl Paulig Cold Brew coffee concentrate

  • 1 dl milk / oat drink

  • 2 cl pistachio syrup

  • 1 cl chocolate syrup

  • Chocolate whipped cream and crushed pistachio crumbs

Chocolate whipped cream

  • 0.5 liters of whipping cream

  • 0.5 dl Tazza chocolate sauce

  • Cream siphon

  • Siphon cartridge

How to prepare

  1. Fill the glass with ice.

  2. Pour Cold Brew and milk/oat drink into the glass.

  3. Add the syrups.

  4. Top with chocolate whipped cream and crushed pistachios.

Chocolate Whipped Cream

  1. Mix food coloring with a small amount of cream.

  2. Measure the cream into a cream siphon and add the food coloring mixture.

  3. Shake the siphon without the cartridge to test the color strength.

  4. Add the cartridge and shake a few times, but leave the whipped cream soft.
