Ingredients

Number of portions
  • 0.6 kg of Santa Maria Asian Egg Noodles

  • 0.8 kg of large vegetable mix (frozen)

  • 0.01 kg of salt

Broth:

  • 2 kg of vegetable broth

  • 0.08 kg of Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste

  • 1 kg of water

Topping:

  • 1.2 kg (10 pieces) vegetable patties

For finishing:

  • Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce

How to prepare

  1. Break the noodle sheets into pieces and distribute them evenly in a greased 1/1 65 pan.

  2. Add the vegetables and season.

Broth:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and pour them into the pan.

Topping:

  1. Place the vegetable patties on top.

  2. Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes or until the pan is cooked.

  3. Finish with Teriyaki sauce.

  4. Let it rest for a moment before serving.
