Break the noodle sheets into pieces and distribute them evenly in a greased 1/1 65 pan.
Add the vegetables and season.
Broth:
Combine all the ingredients and pour them into the pan.
Topping:
Place the vegetable patties on top.
Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes or until the pan is cooked.
Finish with Teriyaki sauce.
