0.6 kg of Santa Maria Asian Egg Noodles
0.8 kg of large vegetable mix (frozen)
0.01 kg of salt
Broth:
2 kg of vegetable broth
0.08 kg of Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste
1 kg of water
Topping:
1.2 kg (10 pieces) vegetable patties
For finishing:
Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce
How to prepare
Break the noodle sheets into pieces and distribute them evenly in a greased 1/1 65 pan.
Add the vegetables and season.
Broth:
Combine all the ingredients and pour them into the pan.
Topping:
Place the vegetable patties on top.
Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes or until the pan is cooked.
Finish with Teriyaki sauce.
Let it rest for a moment before serving.
