Korean chicken wok

Ingredients

  • 0.6 kg of cooked chicken cubes

  • 0.8 kg of frozen stir-fry vegetables

  • 0.2 kg of frozen onion cubes

  • 0.01 kg of salt

  • 0.6 kg of Santa Maria Wok Noodles

Broth:

  • 0.25 kg of Santa Maria Black Pepper Soy Sauce

  • 2 kg of chicken broth

  • 1 kg of water

How to prepare

  1. Divide the protein, vegetables, and salt into a greased 1/1 65 baking dish.

  2. Add the noodles.

Broth:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and pour into the dish.

  2. Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes or until the dish is cooked.

  3. Let it sit for a moment before serving.

*You can combine all the other ingredients in advance in the dishes the day before, except for the noodles and broth, before cooking.
