Espresso Tonic
Bright up your afternoon with double espresso and tonic water.
Ingredients
Number of portions
2 shots (50–60 ml) of Paulig Espresso Barista
150 ml tonic water
1 lime wedge
Ice
How to prepare
Prepare a double espresso and leave to cool.
Fill up a glass with ice.
Squeeze the lime juice on top of the ice.
Pour in the tonic water and gently pour in the slightly cooled double espresso.
