Hummus and Halloumi Wrap

Juicy wrap with the delicious combination of smooth hummus, savoury halloumi and fresh spinach. Totally vegetarian and a perfect lunch option!

How to prepare

  1. Fry onion in oil then add the courgette. When cooked add the spinach, season well and set aside.

  2. Fry the halloumi golden until it’s golden.

  3. Spread hummus over a tortilla wrap and add a lettuce leaf.

  4. Top with the courgette and spinach mix and 2 sticks of halloumi.

  5. Fold a wrap and garnish with yoghurt, sesame seeds and some mint
