Juicy wrap with the delicious combination of smooth hummus, savoury halloumi and fresh spinach. Totally vegetarian and a perfect lunch option!

How to prepare
Fry the onion in oil and add diced squash.
Add the spinach and seasoning the green filling. Set aside.
Fry the halloumi golden until golden.
Spread hummus over a tortilla bread and add a lettuce leaf.
Stuff with spinach and 2 sticks of halloumi.
Fold a wrap and garnish with yoghurt, sesame seeds and some mint.
