
Ginger Ice Tea Spritzer
Ingredients
1 dl Bradley's Assam tea concentrate
1 dl of lemonade
2 cl of ginger syrup, make it yourself or use ready-made syrup
1 cl of lemon juice
Recipe for 6 dl of ginger syrup
3 dl of water
3 dl of sugar
70 g of fresh ginger
How to prepare
Prepare the tea concentrate and let it cool.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour half lemonade and half tea into the glass.
Add ginger syrup and lemon juice.
Garnish with a lemon or an orange slice.
Recipe for 1 liter of black tea concentrate
You will need 18 grams of Bradley's Assam black loose tea.
Heat water to +100 degrees Celsius. Pour the heated 1 liter of water into a container.
Steep the tea according to the instructions for 3 minutes.
Strain. Let it cool.
The infusion will be stronger than usual. You will get 10 servings from one liter.
Ginger Syrup:
Slice peeled ginger and boil with water and sugar for about 30 minutes.
Let it cool, then strain into a bottle/jar.
The syrup will keep in a clean container for approximately three weeks.
