Ingredients

  • 1 kg of water

  • 0.1 kg of sugar

  • 1 kg of fennel (sliced)

  • 0.1 kg of Santa Maria Black Pepper Soy Sauce

How to prepare

  1. Combine water and sugar in a pot. Heat until boiling.

  2. Add the fennel and cook until tender.

  3. Drain the water and season the hot fennel with black pepper soy sauce.

  4. Let it cool.

  5. You can serve the seasoned fennel as is on the salad table or reheat them as a side dish.
