Bibimbap served in a Gn tray
Ingredients
Gn-tray:
1kg kg cooked aromatic rice (e.g. jasmine)
2-2.5 kg overcooked pork neck or cooked beef ribs (or fillet)
8 dl Santa Maria Black Pepper & Soy Sauce
12 pcs pieces of fried eggs (sunnysideup)
Spring onions for decoration
How to prepare
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Heat the overcooked pork neck until hot and pour out the liquid/fat. Add the Black Pepper & Soy Sauce and heat until the sauce is absorbed into the meat, about 15 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. If you are using beef ribs, fry them whole in oil until browned on both sides. Cut the meat into thin strips and mix with the Black Pepper & Soy Sauce in the pan.
Fry the eggs only on one side.
Assemble the GN-dish by placing hot rice, overcooked pork neck or beef ribs, and eggs side by side. Garnish with spring onions.
